How long does it take for the defendant to be released once the bond is posted?
Once the defendant is fully booked, the bail bond paperwork is processed by jail personnel. Release times can vary by county jails.
What do I do if I miss a court date?
If you miss your court date, a warrant will likely be issued by the judge. In order to prevent any arrest, you should call your bail agent immediately. As your bail agent, we can reinstate your bond and get you a new court date. Our goal is to keep our clients out of jail.
